Our tennis camp is for players ages 5-17 who play with red, orange, green and yellow balls and are looking to improve and also have a great time. Players will be divided into groups based on their age and ability. Training includes fundamentals of tennis, stroke and movement development, singles and doubles strategy, on-court games and prizes. The focus is on developing a love for the game as well as establishing a strong athletic foundation. Read More

We are veering toward the hottest time of the year, and I caught up with Sterling Farms golfer, and SFMC member, Scott Laughinghouse, on the 18th fairway, as he was finishing his round on a warm Monday, the 20th of July. We had a high of 89 that day, and while it was feeling hotter, the same day last year was four degrees warmer! Read More

Golf is a funny game. Just when we think we've got it licked, our tail gets shoved right between our legs, and we are chomping on big slices of humble pie. Hope. That is what is running through our veins everytime we tee it up, but it is often dashed, and of late, we've had to endure other extremes.
